Our commitment
Agent Autopilot is committed to being usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across both our public marketing site and the members' HQ.
Current conformance status
As of July 24, 2026, we consider Agent Autopilot to be partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means most parts of the content meet the standard, but some areas may not yet fully meet every success criterion. We test with keyboard-only navigation, screen-reader spot checks (VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, NVDA on Windows), automated tooling, and manual review, and we address findings as they surface.
This assessment is a self-evaluation by the Agent Autopilot team and has not been independently audited. [TO CONFIRM: whether an external audit will be commissioned].
Features available
- Accessibility preferences panel — bottom-left icon on every page. Adjust text size (100%, 125%, 150%), contrast, motion (system, reduce, allow), always-underlined links, and a dyslexia-friendly text mode. Settings persist on your device.
- Reduced motion — we respect the operating-system
prefers-reduced-motionsetting across all animations, and the preferences panel can force it off regardless of your OS setting. - Keyboard navigation — every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard alone. A "Skip to main content" link appears when you press Tab from the top of any page.
- Semantic structure — pages use standard landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) and a single H1 so screen readers can navigate by heading and region.
- Focus indicators — a visible gold outline on every focusable element on both light and dark surfaces.
- Voice dictation — the Ace chat composer supports voice input for members who prefer speaking to typing.
Known limitations
We are aware of the following areas that may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA and are actively working to improve them:
- Some legacy blog post content may not yet include descriptive alternative text on every embedded image.
- Long-form Ace responses are rendered progressively; screen-reader announcements during streaming may be verbose. Members can turn off animation in the preferences panel, which also disables progressive reveal.
- Third-party embeds (for example, video players or the Stripe checkout window) are governed by their own accessibility practices and may not fully match our standard.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier that isn't listed here, please tell us. Reports directly shape what we fix next.
Report an accessibility barrier
If any part of Agent Autopilot is difficult or impossible to use with your assistive technology, contact us and we will work to resolve it. Please share:
- The page or feature you were using.
- What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- Your browser, operating system, and assistive technology (if applicable).
Send reports through our contact page. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 3 business days and to provide an initial remediation plan within 10 business days. Fix timelines depend on complexity; we will keep you updated.
What we deliberately don't do
We do not use third-party "accessibility overlay" widgets that attempt to remediate the site from outside (for example, tools that add a floating menu promising instant compliance). Those tools can interfere with real assistive technology and do not achieve WCAG conformance. Instead, we build accessibility into the product's own code and design system.
Formal complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may pursue a complaint under applicable law in your jurisdiction (for example, in the United States, Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act; in the European Union, Directive (EU) 2016/2102 where applicable).
This statement describes our current accessibility practices and is not legal advice. It will be updated as the product evolves.
