Terms of Service
Last updated: July 24, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Agent Autopilot ("Agent Autopilot," "we," "us," "our"), operated by J&N Peak LLC. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Membership
Membership grants a licensed insurance professional personal, non-transferable access to the community, coaching, prompts, templates, software walkthroughs, and the Ace AI assistant. You may not share your account or credentials.
2. Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval selected at checkout until you cancel. You may cancel anytime from your billing page; access continues through the end of the current billing period.
3. 14-day money-back guarantee
First-time members may request a full refund of the first billing cycle within 14 days of the initial charge for any reason. To request a refund, email us through the contact page from the email address on your account and reference "refund request." The guarantee applies once per person and does not apply to renewals, re-subscriptions after a prior cancellation, or repeated trials.
4. Acceptable use
You will not share member content, credentials, or downloads outside your organization; use the service to send unsolicited or deceptive messages; misrepresent products, carriers, or licensing; scrape or bulk-export community content; attempt to circumvent plan limits; or violate any law, carrier rule, or licensing requirement.
5. Compliance responsibility
You remain solely responsible for compliance with your state, federal, and carrier requirements, including licensing, advertising, suitability, replacement, HIPAA, GLBA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and record-keeping rules. Any client-facing communication drafted with Ace must be reviewed and approved by you before it is sent.
6. AI-specific terms
- Ace uses third-party large-language-model providers. Its output may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or fabricated. Always verify facts, rates, underwriting rules, product features, carrier positions, forms, and jurisdiction before using anything with a client.
- Ace does not replace professional judgment and must not be relied upon for suitability determinations, replacement analyses, compliance decisions, legal advice, tax advice, or investment advice.
- You are responsible for what you type into Ace. Do not enter client PII, Social Security numbers, full account numbers, or protected health information.
- Messages you send to Ace are transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Member content and outputs
You retain ownership of the prompts, briefs, notes, and other content you input ("Inputs") and of the outputs Ace generates in response to your Inputs ("Outputs"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display your Inputs and Outputs solely to operate and support the service. We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train foundational AI models. Our sub-processors handle Inputs and Outputs under their own terms; see the Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
Course content, prompt library, template library, software, documentation, brand marks, and the Ace persona and system prompt remain the property of Agent Autopilot and its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use them within your practice while your membership is active. You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute them.
9. Service modification and discontinuation
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, content, plans, or the service as a whole at our discretion. Where a change materially reduces the value of a paid plan mid-term, we will offer a prorated refund or credit for the unused portion.
10. No guarantees
Content is provided for education only. Results depend on your effort, market, licensing, and other factors outside our control. Nothing here is financial, legal, tax, or business advice.
11. Warranty disclaimer
The service, Ace, and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that Ace's outputs are accurate, current, complete, or suitable for any specific use.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Agent Autopilot, its officers, employees, contractors, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limits may not apply to you in full.
13. Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Agent Autopilot and its officers, employees, contractors, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your Inputs and Outputs, (b) your use of Ace's Outputs with clients, prospects, or the public, (c) your violation of these Terms or of any law, licensing rule, carrier requirement, or third-party right, or (d) your negligent or willful misconduct.
14. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to section 15, the exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
15. Dispute resolution
[TO CONFIRM: arbitration clause with class-action waiver, or standard litigation]. The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting each other in writing and negotiating in good faith for at least 30 days before initiating formal proceedings.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm the community, create legal or security risk, or fail to pay. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15) will survive.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify active members by email or in-product notice before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
